Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)
  • Products/ Items returned should be unused
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices
  • Kalika will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns & Exchanges form.

Exchange Policy

  • Items to be exchanged need to be sent to us within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  • Any item will be exchanged only if we have sent you the wrong item (wrong colour or size). Kalika will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund. Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer. On receipt of the wrong product, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which was purchased online at any of our retail stores. Items purchased at our retail stores cannot be returned online.

Claiming Refunds

  • As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, the refund will be made to your account via the DirectPay Payment Gateway.

Refunds will be made in the following case:

  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case of any mispricing in our online catalogue where the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
  • If the wrong item has been shipped to you.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts
  • Package is refused by recipient.
  • Products are returned in a used or damaged condition.

Note: The refund will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
