How to Order

Browsing the Online Store

  1. To browse the online store, go to Products menu, on the home page. A drop down menu will display different product categories
  2. To reach the landing page for each category, click on the title of that category. For example, to reach the landing page for gifts, click on 'Gifts' in the Products menu. Once you reach a landing page, you can click on the picture of your preference to get the details of the item of your choice.

Setting up an Account

  1. To set up an account, go to My Account and fill in the form as per instructions and submit.
  2. You can continue shopping as a Guest Shopper, and during checkout you will have the option of signing up for a new account.

Adding Items to your Shopping Cart

  1. Click on the Add to Cart button when you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart. You will need to enter attributes like the color, size and quantity as applicable.
  2. You can continue to add items to your shopping cart by going to the Products menu until you are ready to Checkout.
  3. On clicking Checkout you will have to sign in as a new customer or a returning customer. If you change your mind and want to continue browsing you may do so at any moment during the checkout process.

Reviewing and Changing the items in your Shopping Cart

  1. You can review and/or change the items in your shopping cart at anytime.
  2. To delete an item, simply click on the Remove link.
  3. To change the quantity, simply change the quantity and click on the Update Shopping Cart button.
  4. Your order value will be recalculated each time you change the quantity and click update.
  5. Once you are satisfied with your order, you can start the checking out process by clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” on the Shopping Cart page. This takes you to the sign in page.

Checking Out

  1. If you are a registered customer, login to your account. If not, create a new account.
  2. As a registered customer, you have already submitted your billing and shipping addresses for your account. This information will be automatically entered in the Billing Address and Shipping Address sections of the page. In case you want the item shipped to a new address you will have to change the shipping address. Please note you cannot ship to a Post Office Box. Press continue and you will be taken to the Payments information page.
  3. Check your billing address and change if required.
  4. You will then be taken to the order confirmation page. Please check all the details carefully before confirming the order.
  5. You will be redirected to our secured payment gateway, DirectPay
  6. Enter your credit or debit card information or choose your bank for net banking transactions, and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
  7. Depending on the type of card you own you might be directed to another site in order to verify your online password. Otherwise, payment is complete!
  8. Your payment is processed in real time and within a few seconds you will receive a confirmation email from DirectPay, and another one from us.
  9. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the name of the courier, and the tracking number. You can visit the courier's website, and enter the tracking number should you wish to see where your shipment is.

Special/Bulk orders

  1. Save money when you buy in bulk! We offer discounts on bulk orders depending on the product and the total invoice amount. Minimum value to be eligible for discounts is approximately Rs  50000/-
  2.  A bulk order can be placed by anyone from anywhere in the India and will be delivered anywhere in the India.
  3. You may also request Kalika products which are not featured on the webstore and we can arrange to send you images and possibly samples.
  4. Discounts are available on total invoice value excluding shipping charges.
  5. Our team will work hard so that your order will arrive when and where you need it, so you don't miss important deadlines.
  6. Please note: Since we offer volume discounts, we cannot accept returns on bulk orders.
  7. Contact us at kalikanagpur@gmail.com with your name, company name, email, phone number, shipping address and the products you are interested in. Once we receive your request, you will soon receive a call/email from us with product pricing and an estimated shipping time.
  8. Once you are registered with us as a bulk buyer, we will occasionally send you product promotion notifications if you prefer.

Kalika Special Order Terms and Conditions

  1. The prices quoted are FOB Nagpur, India. This means that the price does not include shipping or customs duties or any additional taxes assessed at the time that the goods are delivered to the customer.
  2. All shipments are sent via reliable courier service. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes assessed at the time that the goods are delivered to the customer.
  3. All orders must be paid by Bank transfer(NEFT).
  4. All orders must be pre-paid in full at the time of placing the order.
  5. Once the goods are ready to ship, the customer will be billed for the shipping charges prior to shipping.
  6. Kalika will  not accept any returns for special orders.
  7. If the customer is ordering an item with variations in the colour of the fabric used or the tiles design and colour , we will email them the designs, and colours available, prior to placing the order, this cost will be negotiated with the customer at the time of such agreed transaction. For other product samples, please inquire.
  8. Kalika, will ship the order as per the estimated delivery date. If there are any unforeseen delays which change the estimated delivery date,
  9. Kalika, will update the customer with the new expected delivery date.
